Terms of Service

1. These terms govern your access to and use of Whif AI and the companion chat features offered through it. By using the service you accept them in full.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to use Whif AI. By continuing you confirm that you meet this requirement and that use of the service is lawful where you live.
3. The service provides conversation with invented virtual profiles. No profile represents a real, living or historical person, and no exchange should be understood as communication with a human being.
4. Conversations are generated automatically. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and you should verify anything of consequence before acting on it.
5. The service is not a source of medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional.
6. If you are in crisis or facing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a recognised support line. Whif AI is not equipped to provide emergency assistance.
7. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for keeping your access credentials confidential.
8. You agree not to use the service to produce, request or distribute unlawful material, including anything that sexualises minors, incites violence or infringes the rights of others.
9. You agree not to misrepresent the outputs of the service as the statements of a real individual or organisation.
10. You agree not to attempt to interfere with, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service or the systems that support it.
11. Automated collection of content from Whif AI, including scraping and bulk downloading, is not permitted without prior written consent.
12. All names, written personalities, portraits, layouts, code and copy on the site remain the property of Whif AI or its licensors.
13. You are granted a limited, personal, non transferable and revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
14. You retain rights to the text you submit and grant Whif AI the licence necessary to operate, maintain and improve the service using that text.
15. Any material you submit must be lawful and must not infringe the rights of a third party.
16. Profiles, features and pricing may change, be suspended or be withdrawn at any time, and the roster of available companions is expected to change over time.
17. Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are breached, where use harms other visitors, or where required by law.
18. You may stop using the service at any time and may request removal of your account by writing to the team through the contact page.
19. External destinations linked from the site are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for their content, policies or availability.
20. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. To the extent permitted by law, Whif AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from use of the service.
22. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
23. You agree to indemnify Whif AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
24. Handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
25. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
26. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
27. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Whif AI regarding the service.
